PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

At Shoji Photography we have a very simple approach- we take as many pictures as are needed to showcase your property at its very best.  For the average home, this would be in the range of 20-35 pictures, depending on the size and flow of the space.  If there are any spaces that you need us to capture in particular, please let us know.  We provide you with both High Resolution and Low Resolution images for your  printing and online posting needs.

We may be contacted either by email or through this website for scheduling.  We will verify the date, time and details of the property to be photographed.  Once all of these details have been confirmed, the appointment will be considered "booked".

The client agrees to have the property in "photo-ready" condition by the day and time of the shoot.  Shoji Photography will make every reasonable effort to move small items/details (litter, stray objects, etc.) from the room but cannot be expected to move furniture, make beds, etc.  All properties will be shot "as is".

After the pictures have been taken, Shoji Photography will perform light digital retouching and processing and have the pictures available for digital download by the client within two business days.  More extensive image re-touching (removal of objects, etc.) may be required but this will be discussed and agreed to on a case by case basis.
